LaundryManager is a cloud-based laundry management platform. Sign up, set up your services and staff, and start processing orders. Everything runs in your browser — no installation required. You can access it from any device with an internet connection.

Yes. LaundryManager is fully responsive and works on phones, tablets, and desktops. Many of our users run their entire operation from a tablet at the front counter.

Operations

Yes. The Professional and Enterprise plans support multi-branch management. Each branch can have its own staff, orders, and reports, while you get a centralized view of everything.

Yes. You can track pickup and delivery orders, assign drivers, and send automatic SMS notifications when orders are out for delivery or ready for pickup.

Staff & Permissions

Yes. You can create custom roles with granular permissions. A cashier might only see orders and payments, while a manager can access reports and settings. Each staff member sees only what they need.

Pricing

Yes. You get 30 days of full access with up to 5 users and 50 orders per month. No credit card required. When the trial ends, you can upgrade to a paid plan or your account simply pauses.

Security & Data

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. Role-based access control ensures staff can only see what they're authorized to. Each tenant's data is fully isolated from others. We never share or sell your data.
